All players are required to have their birth certificate on file.  In order to upload your child's birth certificate, please follow the instructions below.

• Log into your account and then go to My Account.  Under participants, click the Pencil icon next to your players name. 
• This will take you to your players information.  Under Date of Birth, click "Upload Birth Certificate".
• A box will now pop up to allow you to choose the file to upload.  After you choose the file, hit the upload button and allow it to process.  Just let it sit until it processes the file.
• Once the file is uploaded, the box will disappear and you will have the file name listed under the date of birth
• After the file is uploaded, you should have a file name listed instead of the "Upload Birth Certificate" button.  Now hit the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page.  If you do not hit the update button, it will not upload your birth certificate.
• If you cannot get your birth certificate uploaded, email the file to [email protected] with your players name and date of birth and we will get the file uploaded for you.
